Terms of service.

  1. Booking & Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. This guarantees your spot on our schedule, helps us organize your team, and prepares the materials needed for your project.

  2. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at the time of service using a card, Zelle, or other approved methods. For Premium Flow clients, payment is due monthly at the start of each billing cycle.

  3. Cancellations & Refunds

    • We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to get a refund of your deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment are non-refundable since we have already allocated staff and resources for your session.

  4. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment once at no cost. Any additional reschedules may involve a $50 fee, depending on team availability and how much notice you give.

  5. Scope of Service

    • Clarity Spaces offers professional organizing services based on the package you choose (Garage Reset, Closet Refresh, Seasonal Reset, etc.). We do not remove hazardous items, perform deep cleaning, or dispose of bulk waste. However, we can coordinate donation drop-offs or recommend third-party services.

  6. Safety & Access

    • You agree to ensure safe access to the event space and to notify us about pets, household rules, or any areas to avoid. We reserve the right to reschedule if the environment is unsafe or significantly different from what was agreed upon.

  7. Client Participation

    • You're welcome to join during your session, but it's not required. Our team will ask key questions throughout setup and walkthroughs to ensure your preferences are respected.

  8. Photography & Testimonials (Optional): We may ask you to provide before-and-after photos of your space to demonstrate results or to share anonymously in our portfolio. If you agree to a testimonial, we might request a brief review or comment.

  9. Satisfaction Guarantee

    • We aim to surpass your expectations. If you're not happy with the service we provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concern.
